The list of drinks and menu specials were…The chef-owner is Mike Fortin, who also owns the Halfmoon restaurant Emma Jayne’s. Restaurant was very accommodating when we called ahead and also when paying for the bill. I was told that the Waters Edge has been refurbed over the past few years to becoming a lovely place to enjoy dining alfresco.
